月經開始日：4/6
驗孕日：5/2

我備孕一年整，從去年四月開始的，
一路上很挫折，打算今年還是沒消息就要試管。

備孕非常打擊我的信心，
常常懷疑為什麼大家都能生只有我不行。
更無奈的是我跟先生都年輕(30y)，檢查也沒問題，
是不明原因不孕(醫學上積極半年沒消息就算不孕)
每每跟醫生提到我想要人工都會被勸阻，
就因為我還年輕。

我自認最大的問題是內膜不好，以及經期變亂。
這一年中我吃過兩次排卵藥，一次內膜剩下0.7，另一次只有0.5，
並且會影響往後兩個月的內膜都偏薄..
另外可能是壓力的關係，我週期一度從30天變成38天，
排卵日很難抓到，卵子品質也不好，
更困難的是先生無法配合這麼多次做功課。

這次我做的努力跟大家分享，
１，從今年起我盡量不外食，幾乎自己做菜。
２，英國助孕維他命(第三盒快吃完了）
３，踩健身車or玩VR增加運動量（一天約30~60分）
４，照卵泡並確認破卵服用黃體素
５，根據卵泡位子行房後側躺同邊
６，分心(我是用認真下廚分心)

待寶寶滿三個月後回來發好孕棉，
也感謝好孕版一年的陪伴！
