表達想法的動詞
1.事實動詞, believe… toV
I believe her to be very smart.

2. 意見動詞regard, view, see, describe, depict, characterize … as
You shouldn't regard such important work as a trifling matter.
你可不能把這樣重要的工作當兒戲.（接名詞）
They regard the problem as not worthy of serious consideration.
對這一問題他們都認為不屑一顧.（接形容詞）

3. 搭配介係詞 to
I attribute our success to him.
我把我們的成功歸功於他.
Scholars ascribe the unsigned painting to Rubens.
學者們認為這幅無落款的畫的作者是魯本斯.
I ascribe his conduct to insanity.
我認為他的行為是顛狂所致.

4. 搭配介係詞 with
We accredit Adison with the invention of the electric light.
(=We accredit the invention of the electric light to Adison. )
我們把電燈的發明歸功於愛迪生.

5. 可搭配toV, as, 或不搭配任何
They consider him to be nothing but an impostor.
他們認為他不過是個騙子而已.
I consider him to be a clever fellow.
我認為他是個聰明的小夥子.
People consider foxes as clever but sly animals.
人們認為狐狸是既聰明又狡猾的動物.
We all consider it wrong to cheat in examinations.
我們大家都認為考試作弊是不對的.
