各位鄉民好
不曉得版上有沒有人會做
宜蘭名菜糕渣的做法
外縣市幾乎買不到 宜蘭也只有少數幾家有賣
網路上查到度小月家庭版做法:
豬絞肉、蝦仁各120克,鴨蛋2顆、太白粉150克、低筋麵粉50克、玉米粉25克、水100ml、
罐頭雞高湯600ml
可是依舊不成功耶....
請問度小月公布的這個版本正確嗎
還是我的問題呢...謝謝~
