請問每天算熱量女生不超過2000卡一定會瘦嗎?還是還要注意哪些呢?像吃一碗大碗公麵熱量好像400多吧可是吃麥當勞熱量就快1000但是東西量不多有時候看量多寡變胖還是算熱量才準呢?我好懊惱我一直都有去跳有氧但還是瘦不下來可以把大家經驗分享給我嗎?謝謝
