屋頂剪兩片猜想是要疊起來做成厚度
另外斜屋頂在p39有說明

roof to have a bit of an incline, sandwich a small ball of yarn (any
color) between the two layers of the roof before finishing the roof‐to‐
riser assembly)
就是在兩片中間夾ㄧ小坨毛線
