淹水. 高雄版就是大家上來抱怨取暖的地方啊...
至於戰南北. 我覺得是台北有一套策略. 但也是市長做了6年. 才有法子提出.
目前高雄淹水. 我想這由市長政黨執政來看. 去年8月24日上任. 好像不能怪他.
不過如果以執政黨. 市長所屬政黨來看.

如果以市長執政來看. 高雄2020應該是空轉. 2019是選舉年.
所以我們對現任市長. 可以考量上任时間迄今要把混亂團隊整理好. 應該今年開始
所以積水問題. 應該是累積的問題. 這幾年也進入極端氣候了.

所以如果以現況來看. 我不知淹水是不是有如同這上面畫的.

第一點:辦理易淹水地區水患治理，包括愛河、後勁溪、典寶溪及土
庫、林園、旗美、岡山、仁武等地區排水整治、推動典寶溪 D
區與五甲尾滯洪池設置。
其實第一點就有打算處理淹水了.
檔案裡有各區編列的預算. 不過每年都有 110年2月不是也要有?
我大概只能客觀講: 有要做. 但上任剛開始. 所以還有改善空間.
至於前面誰執政. 誰做過. ....
我只是市民. 我只關心我週遭的環境. 跟日常生活.
既然他上任了.被罵.很正常.因為需要發洩的管道.
但我想.高雄的變化大家應該是有感的.但算誰的? 是市民的選擇啊..
最後. 我覺得抱怨是必要的. 淹水就是來高雄版分享. 取暖.
但我很討厭去戰黨派. 到最後文章又失去焦點.
最後希望高雄一直+0到疫苗來~~ 加油~
