各位好：
近日因胖達人事件，新聞一直在播麵包如何辨別「人工香精」或其他添加物
其中有一段就說，使用天然的食材，味道較無平淡、自然
反之，添加香精的，在遠處即可聞到香味，皮膚有接觸到的話
味道持久不易退散。以上的敘述，讓我擔心福記的黑金鋼饅頭是否有添加
之前在網路上也有聽說過饅頭添加「黑糖精」的
雖不常去買，但食品安全的常識還是要慢慢累積
能否請有做過糕點、麵包的鄉民，為小弟解答，感謝!
