由於福營國中這邊有夜間籃球場開到9點，
漸漸的...愛飆車愛改車的小屁孩變多了，
喇叭都改的超難聽，又愛拉轉.......
檢舉噪音好幾次都沒下文(公務員不意外)
民安路98巷路又大又平，改車的小屁孩超愛在這邊飆車兼按爛喇叭。
籃球場抽菸又嚴重，遠看還以為籃球場在燒金紙。
最近發現由於98巷好飆車，民安路37巷6號已經出現小屁孩專屬改裝車店......
看了一下警察局的分布位置，福營國中好像在光華、丹鳳、福營這三間
的正中間，不會正好是三不管地帶吧，以前住迴龍也是三不管地帶，
問題真多。好懷念10幾年前，福營國中附近天天有警察包抄臨檢，
一個富國路跟四維路交叉口就有四組臨檢..............
話說去年福營籃球場晚上沒開燈之前，民安路98巷超安靜的，
也不會有煙霧瀰漫的感覺，真令人感慨.........
以上純抱怨.......
