福和客運的司機水平真的很無言 - 基隆

今天晚上9點，我在大坪林捷運站等福和客運(車號377-FU)回家，
一上車，發現該員高姓司機(特徵:粗框眼鏡、滿頭金髮)邊開車邊吃東西，
我在第一時間直接打電話投訴，
客運公司說車上有攝影機可以監視司機開車狀況，
我不知道這樣投訴有沒有用，
因為福和客運的名聲在板上實在是~~~
如果真的要投訴，
不要打台北區監理站投訴專線(晚上打沒用)
福和客運的0800-000569也不要打(晚上不服務)
直接打福和客運的02-24529792
會有專人服務，
自己的權利自己要顧，
遇到濫司機，直接打就對了！
