神奇的宜蘭傳統早點 - 粉仔 - 宜蘭

上星期在中天播的摩托車週記是來到宜蘭,阿KEN跟納豆介紹了一間賣麵茶的專賣店。這
一間店是專賣早點,像是有稀飯、油條、包子、饅頭、蛋餅這些比較常見的食物。除了那
些之外,這間店也賣一些現在已經很少看到的早點了,像是麵茶還有粉仔。麵茶應該很多
人都吃過,不過這間店是用純手工製作的,口味如何就大家自己去品嘗看看囉。
而粉仔是我這兩次去吃的主食,這個粉仔真的很神奇喔,吃起來QQ的,大家絕對想不到粉
仔是用太白粉做出來的。老闆先在碗裡面放了一些太白粉,然後加上熱水一直攪拌一直攪
拌,就會變成透明的半凝固體,然後再加上砂糖或是黑糖就可以吃囉。
我吃了兩次,第一次加砂糖的時候是蠻甜的,可是吃久了有點膩。第二次是加黑糖,吃起
來有黑糖的香味,可是就沒有說很甜,所以吃起來的口感還蠻舒服的。大家如果有吃過甜
麵疙瘩的話就會了解,粉仔就類似麵疙瘩,不過就是變成半凝固而且更Q而已。
其實我還蠻難想像以前的人會拿粉仔來當早點耶,因為一碗粉仔看起來很少,可是因為是
太白粉做的,所以非常有飽足感,我這兩次都吃的非常撐,而且也只要20元而已喔。想試
