眼看最近五鐵共構, 加上高速公路與環東大道的匯集, 南港的交通衍然成長許多,
於是地價也跟著往上攀升.
延著研究院路上, 有許多平常不會去注意到的三合院, 從忠孝東路底, 巷弄中藏了一間.
研究院路旁也有一間, 在弘道街裡也有一間. 這裡很顯然的是一個鄉鎮轉型, 但結構仍
鬆散的地區. 但近年來交通卻非常便利. 部份鄉間的景色, 和近年幾件新蓋的建案, 衍然
成為一個強烈的對比.
南港目前人口仍然不多, 主要仍是南軟和研究院的人口, 再往東就到昆陽, 往西就到山裡
但不管如何, 南港氣候潮濕是必然的事.
眼下仍沒有具體的結論...雖然交通很方便, 這裡的發展仍令人感到猶疑.
