我是一個睡眠都睡很淺的人
很容易被吵醒 也很容易因為心情影響睡眠
一但睡著 我幾乎都在做夢
所以我幾乎天天都在做夢
我現在在重考 我也聽說睡眠可以幫助記憶
但我很怕 我的睡眠品質不佳影響我的讀書效率
有什麼辦法 能提高睡眠品質
並且有效率的睡眠 量不多而質好.....
