明明鬧鐘調六點 但是六點只是要我做一個動作 就是"按掉"它
繼續睡 然後又六點半醒 七點醒 七點半醒 八點醒 一直想起床
卻沒動力起床 心理超急的 想起床念些東西 但卻一直昏睡
直到九點起床了 卻覺得為時已晚 反而心情不好 覺得沒時間了
原本計劃要做的事已經沒動力了 所以心情搞的很糟 還會發脾氣
重點是 覺得沒有六點起床 什麼事都做不了了 就乾脆不做
好煩喔 為什麼會這樣子 我明明十二點睡阿 為什麼還是沒辦法六點起床
很討厭耶 真的很沒辦法控制自己 整個人懶的跟什麼一樣
這樣很慘...怎麼辦阿 煩耶
