真是受夠了,引導式新聞標題
新聞標題[北宜直鐵,可以紓解北迴雪隧壓力]
嗯...停個三秒,反思一下吧...

為什麼北宜直鐵,可以紓解北迴雪隧壓力????
不是很懂這樣的邏輯,這是鐵路,一個是國道,
增加鐵路,就會減輕國道車流量嗎?
現階段鐵路利用率是百分之百,甚至超額,
有需求量,故才需新增鐵路亦或增加鐵路班次以解決。
但事實如此嗎(??????????????
北迴雪遂壓力從何來,假日遊客量,車流量增加,
車流量源頭是國道客運假日班次增加??
同樣遊客數300人坐車需求來看的話
一台客運載客,30人,同時段10班車300人。
與一台轎車,載客5人,同時段300人,60台車
10客運< 60台車,車流量,看起來大多是來自遊客車
故現階段會執行高乘載,紓解北迴雪隧壓力。
那為何遊客要自行搭車,而不轉乘火車呢??
1.時間長(? 看起差不了多少...
平日:台北火車自強1.08~1.5hr;國道1hr
假日:台北火車自強1.08~1.5hr;國道1hr~2.5hr
2.火車班次少,一票難求(?
台鐵東部班次少,現階段服役火車,能否再增加至東部的班次?
就算直鐵開了,沒火車頭也沒用啊,
所以班次問題,不是 開直鐵就能解決,是設備(火車),人力增加。
3.宜蘭大眾交通不便
這個的話,似乎增加縣內大眾交通工具了,
增加直鐵頭城站似乎沒辦法解決此。

那該直鐵計畫目的是什麼呢

計畫必要性
1. 東部幹線軌道運輸尖峰時段一票難求,
亟需提供民眾一條安全穩定回家的路。
(就算直鐵開了,沒火車頭也沒用啊,
所以班次問題,不是 開直鐵就能解決,
是設備(火車),人力增加。)
2. 公路壅塞影響區域發展及環境,亟需低碳可靠的綠能公共運具。
(請反思為何遊客要選擇公路,低碳綠能(?)
3. 充足快捷的軌道運能,促進東部區域觀光產業發展。
(這個就跟開雪隧目的一樣,觀光產業發展,餅畫的很大)
請問縣政府做好這些發展的規劃了嗎.....?

交通問題若真得存在,非解決不可。
那也有短期目標、長期目標吧..
若直鐵是長遠解決交通問題,其中一個方法。
那得問問執行單位,短期在蓋直鐵前,交通問題如何解決。
所謂的交通問題,真的蓋了直鐵就會解決嗎???
考慮經費來源、成本回收、環境問題等都是建立在直鐵執行的層次去討論
但直鐵是否真的能解決交通問題,才是最基礎的評估吧。
別蓋了又引申出更多問題。
