最近發現一個很對我口味的小點心--老家餡餅
這間好像是去年就開始賣了
但是由於攤位小小的不太起眼
我又是一個大宅女,不太常出去趴趴走
於是乎我到今年才發現有這家餡餅啊!!!悔恨
要是早點發現就好了(咬手帕)
我覺得它的特色就是-->皮真的很薄,餡真的很多,咬下去會有湯汁
當第一口咬下去的時候,整個人是驚喜的
因為皮真的好薄啊!!!!!
而且都要邊吃邊吸湯汁
整個太優秀了
如果要用比例來說的話,皮:餡:湯汁 的比例是 10% : 85% : 5%
真的好~~好~~吃~~~
它一共有4個口味 雞肉, 豬肉, 牛肉, 韭菜
我目前只吃過雞肉,爸爸有吃過豬過
雞肉裡面有包芹菜,整個口味很清爽不油膩
剛剛問老闆娘哪種口味賣得最好,她說是牛肉
下次決定要去吃吃看牛肉的:P (口水)
好像只有下午有賣
推薦給跟我一樣下午就會巴豆夭的人們 :-)
啊~都忘了寫它在哪裡,它位於民權路那一區有很多吃的的那裡哦!
