在版內找卻無任何資訊 囧....
google一下卻發現內湖運動中心的好貴阿..........
有在內湖地區的相關課程卻是09年的
想請問大家知道那邊還有好老師的便宜一些些的肚皮舞教學嗎
地點希望是在西湖市場附近
本人沒車只能靠11號公車
還有還有
有版友上過肚皮舞課程的可以給予一些心得感想之類的嗎
上班整天坐著屁股肚子成長的.......令我害怕
學這舞希望能改善改善
學過的人覺得成效如何？
備註：已經開始讓自己可以養成運動習慣，so我不是不運動啦～
