在獅湖國小正門附近有時候會聽到貓咪的尖叫聲(類似人類的嘶吼聲)，之前有打過1999了，但他們說無法因為這樣就判斷是否有虐貓，想請問各位版友還有什麼方法能夠進一步處理？謝謝
