: 民黨虧欠高雄,陳菊幾乎不用舉借那1,037億。
: 張家興指出,縣市合併後是舉借的高峰期,陳菊市長面臨縣市間嚴重的基礎建設落差,
: 而當時國民黨議員佔多數的議會仍同意市府進行舉借,顯見不分黨派皆認同
: 市府的高高平政策;市府亦堅守財政紀律,淨舉借自2011年起至2018年已連8年下降,
: 更於2017年達成民選市長23年以來首度零舉借的里程碑。

: 創造5,000個就業機會的華邦電也將在10月3日動土,半導體產業廊帶儼然成形,而蘋果
