國民黨籍彰化縣長參選人王惠美的競選施政藍圖保密到家，日前多家媒體要約訪談述，都
不得其門而入。上午，王惠美終於舉辦首場政見發表會，主打交通篇，喊出「鐵路高架入
前瞻，一軸一環雙樞紐」，強調要「改造彰化，翻轉命運」。
王惠美指出，彰化縣的人口密雖接近台中，但是，多年來彰化沒建設，公共運輸市佔率僅
5%，捷運路線長度是0公里，因此，她規劃改善彰化交通，要從捷運及輕軌做起。
王惠美主張，彰化的鐵路、高鐵，都集中於東側，東西橫向欠缺大眾運輸聯繫服務，主張
彰北捷運趕快做，並結接高鐵台中烏日站，彰化鐵路高架化納入前瞻計畫。此外，要建立
彰北、彰南的輕軌路線，各自形成「彰北一軸通」大眾運輸網路，並主張彰南同步建立「
彰南一環達」路網。
上午出席記者會的多是黨內參選同志。而陪同出席發表政策的是曾任淡大運管所所長、師
大管理學院院長的陳敦基，他說自己也是彰化半子，也希望貢獻心力，讓彰化的明天更好
