我大概快五年以上沒去吃了
今天因為去童綜合檢查想順便轉過去吃個午餐
點了米糕、乾麵、肉羹湯、滷蛋

結果吃了以後整個感覺都不一樣
先說米糕好了
我記得以前的糯米都會很均勻的拌到醬油
在搭配最後淋上的醬汁整個就是好味
但是今天吃到的都是乾乾的糯米
醬汁也變得粉粉的
再來是乾麵
肉燥跟以前不一樣
以前比較肥,現在用的瘦肉比較多
上面淋的醬汁味道也比較清淡
還有一種...感覺是花生還是啥的味道
感覺不是很搭
最慘的是肉羹
我記得以前的湯喝起來就是肉湯(應該是用煮肉羹的湯去弄的)
可是今天喝起來滿滿的高湯塊味道
而且還是柴魚的味道(應該沒喝錯)
肉羹變得很脆...是要怎麼弄粉才會變這麼脆??
以上這三樣我都沒吃完
只有把滷蛋吃掉..
花了一百塊沒有啥好得回憶
難怪我中午去的時候居然不用排隊,客人沒很多..
