此建案的優缺點，已經爬文過，大致上都了解。
也已經看過建案實際格局。
以這樣的價位，算是可以接受。
加上投資客多，物件選擇多（誤）
主要是想請益是否有住戶可分享實際入住的狀況。
因先前討論都是預售時為主。
反而建好後近四年，入住狀況的分享較少。
希望能拜託大家，多多分享，感激不盡。
