一直無法更改密碼

ETS網站好怪我註冊還不到兩個月就說我的password過期了重點是又不讓我改新密碼我已經把大寫字母小寫字母數字用非常奇怪的方式排列了他還是一直叫我重新輸入密碼 atatand#34; 不知道有沒有人也遇到同樣的問題這樣一來我會不會無法看成績或報名新的考試啊...:( 麻煩知道 ...
