在朋友FB那裡看到雞排與蚵仔麵線的合照,實在垂涎。
耐不住性子倏地飛奔至新北中和區某家小麵攤,
是不折不扣的行動派。
這兩樣都是男人酷愛的鄉民美食,單獨吃夠罪惡了,
何況是兩樣擺一起,是罪惡深淵。
當中尤其雞排,當過兵會對這炸物有更深層的體悟。
沉悶軍旅只要偶爾一塊香噴噴的炸雞排就能被短暫救贖,
如旅外多年的留學生在食物櫃裡找到失落已久的泡麵。
麵攤名曰炸糊,剛搬來新址一個多月。
舊址原名鹿港手作麵線秘汁雞排,開不到半年,
因都更不得已只好被迫遷離。

由於炸雞排需要時間,所以若同時點兩樣,
極有可能麵線吃完時仍見不到雞排一面。
為此當雞排終於上桌時我又重點一碗麵線,
沒拍到這兩物的合照我不甘心。
綜合麵線裡除大腸與蚵仔外,竟還有肉羹。
大腸滷得夠軟透,麵糊黏稠,帶有明顯黑醋。
蚵仔部分肥美部分瘦小,整體料給得不算多。
雞排厚度中上,所謂的秘汁偏甜帶醋酸有些意外,
但肉質不柴保留嫩度與juicy就是好事。

很想問這組合最早是哪一位天才想出來的,簡直不可理喻,
是難以招架的減肥夢靨。
只要雞排不柴,蚵仔夠肥,我能一口氣吃兩套重複的!
