有鑑於夏天已經到了
衣服不再能藏住肥肉
還有越來越老的年紀
實在該來跑步哩
雖然很熱血的想要每天跑
但這應該不可能
不如就來一周三四次吧
白天太熱當然是晚上
剛吃飽也不適合跑
就選在沒那麼熱的晚上九點吧
今天開始~!
加油~!
