前陣子阿一一又接到紅色炸彈,參加學校同事的訂婚典禮,
回來一定不可免俗的帶回喜餅,這次拿到可是在台北非常知名,
老一輩的訂婚首選~淡水新建成餅店
大紅的包裝充滿了喜氣,用金漆畫的一抹明月則增添高貴感。
傳統大餅最注重的就是新鮮,在常溫放五天後記得要冷藏,
但還是早點品嚐才能吃到最佳風味。
打開外盒就是一個大大的喜字,
大餅使用塑膠膜包裝,不但方便保存也更加衛生。
小心翼翼拿出沈甸甸的喜餅,這是新建成招牌的芝麻蛋黃口味。
貼近一看上面鋪滿了白芝麻,芝麻灑得非常均勻,幾乎沒有重疊或缺漏的地方。
用力切下感受大餅的紮實感,內餡比想像中的簡單,
除了蛋黃餡,就是厚厚的餅皮,
此刻腦海突然浮現疑問,這樣會好吃嗎?
一咬下,所有疑慮都一掃而空,餅皮香酥中散發著白芝麻香,
內餡蛋黃沙沙口感中融合鹹甜滋味,口感紮實吃完卻不會覺得乾,
多了蛋黃的鹹味也不顯甜膩,果然經典的口味就是不一樣。
