我目前住在淡大財庫。
但退租的慾望滿強烈的......
房間很小+租金挺貴的
房間小是既有狀況，但住了幾個月發現...
1.洗衣機衣服洗不乾淨...
2.柱角會掉漆(掉很大)
3.重點是半夜樓下會有不明喧嘩聲音+機車呼嘯而過的聲音
(明明是死巷耶= =)
4.風吹的時候超級晃的(我住8F)
還有些缺點我臨時想不起來...
有沒有也住財庫的民眾，補充一點吧~
還有
有沒有財庫安全性或其他的八卦?
