消除物品菸味 - 菸草

自從搬出來自己住之後,
就開始在房間裡面抽菸,
可是問題來了,
空氣間的菸味可以用去味芳香劑蓋過,
但是我的棉被枕頭好像都會沾到菸味
(其實我不太確定是不是自己太敏感,
因為有時候有有時候又覺得沒有)
有沒有人有好方法可以消除衣物跟寢具上殘留的味道呢QQ
可以不要叫我去陽台抽嗎...
我們的陽台正對著的是廢棄屋,
我會害怕(認真)
