弟弟剛考上台北海洋大學~想幫他找鄰近套房~
到套房版與591爬文都找不到什麼套房~
又覺得好房子應該在地人最知道~
因此上來求助於廣大的版友與房東~
要求:租金包水.第四台.網路.雙人床更佳.電視.冰箱.
屋況新.廁所乾淨.生活機能方便(因為我弟很懶惰騎很遠找吃的= =)
騎車十分鐘到海洋大學
麻煩版友們與房東能以站內信提供寶貴的意見~
能附上詳細資訊+電費一度幾元+照片連結更好~
租金6000元以下~
