活存的財力證明，也需加註滿28天的文字嗎? - 留學

有關財力證明，經過一連串的爬文，反而加深了我的疑惑。
如果是台銀活存的話，究竟有無必要請行員幫忙加註以下的文字呢????
We can confirm that the funds which were initially deposited on (date—定存日
) are still available and have been since the time of the deposit.
(我看Hello UK的討論區，好像是說活存的情況，就不用加註。但來這個版看到前面的一
些討論，怎麼又好像得要加!?)
