今天上班前看水果日報時，在A17版看到泰山鄉居然和信義區
的房價相提並論~~~怎麼可能!!!!但是其實是在說這兩個區塊
由於投資客太多，所以議價空間約17.8%目前分居北縣市之首
我還真的一點都不意外，因為這幾年來泰山的房價讓我這個土
生土長的泰山人有點傻眼，我住的房子是屋齡17年的大樓，當
年買一坪約十六萬左右（沒錯～我爸買在房市高點），五年前
老爸叫任職在農會的叔叔來鑑價時房屋價值每坪只剩13萬....
十八甲剛在蓋時開價二十萬左右，後來有的甚至喊到二十五萬
....坦白說十八甲的價錢只要超過二十萬就算高！不知道版上
的鄉民們有沒有注意到，即便像是十八甲這種方正的地，也沒
有像林口或是三峽有大型的建設公司來蓋房子，都是小型建設
公司蓋的，通常蓋好沒幾年...建設公司就倒給你看~往往如果
因為地震或是風災才發現的毛病，要找人負責都不知要找誰?!
這是我從小到大看泰山從有味全的牧場和到處是農田，一直到
現在四處都在蓋大廈的心得!!
