因鄰居最近跟樓下商店業者之間起了爭議(皆位於永和)
打聽了一下
原來是住家外牆不想給樓下商店掛招牌
好像是被之前業者給鑽破孔洞到屋裡面的樣子
然後先前的業者都沒人承認(誰會笨到承認亂鑽洞賠錢...)
而樓下商店似乎覺得不需經樓上住戶同意就掛起招牌
結果樓上住戶就跑出來抗議的樣子
這跟板上之前第四台業者未經同意擅自鑽洞附掛纜線的情形很像
但對口機關不同
第四台業者未經同意鑽洞附掛纜線=>NCC在管的
商店業者未經樓上住戶同意自行掛起廣告招牌=>工務局在管的
運氣不好就第四台亂釘一樣 滲水壁癌樣樣來
租屋的話 外牆一般也算在租客承租範圍內 (未特別註明的話)
有被釘到漏水壁癌的話 會變成租客要負責(未提出抗議 =>默許業者掛招牌)
而被房東進行求償動作是有可能的
碰上職業房東 應該就賠不完了
請雙和板友多加注意 別讓自身權益睡著嚕
