因為明年要去巴黎發表論文,所以要申請法國簽證。

在簽證申請費用上看到,
The visa will be free of charge,
on presentation of the appropriate evidence to*:
*researchers travelling to France in order to conduct scientific researches;

請問有人有申請簽證經驗,
就是去法國發表論文(學術目的),申請簽證可以免費的嗎(附上會議邀請函與論文)?
