沒看過的蟲子 - 日用品

最近房間一直出現這種蟲子

（有點不清楚...sorry）

成群的聚集在吸頂燈的罩子裡（趨光性？）
會飛，有時候會飛出罩子停在地板上或桌上
不裡他的話就停在那裡，用手去抓他他就會像暴走一樣開始死命爬

我原本以為是米蟲
可是我房間裡根本連食物都沒有啊＝＝

想請問這是什麼蟲子？怎麼把他們驅走？
