難道像我這種為了強身健體的是異類嗎?
我覺得重訓練核心很重要啊
練大腿,能夠保護你的膝蓋,讓你的下盤更有力氣,追趕跑跳碰更輕鬆
練臀肌,一個承上啟下的部位,下能保護膝蓋,上能支持脊椎
練腹肌跟下背肌,穩定、保護、支持你的脊椎,讓你不會老年時脊椎一堆毛病
練上背肌、手臂,讓你能夠輕鬆拿著、背著重物,不需要找人幫忙
綜上所述,我覺得重訓很重要0'_'0
