立法院院會今三讀通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》修正案，汽機車駕駛若行駛道路期間抽
菸，導致有害於他人時，將處600元罰鍰。此外，現行條文規定，併排停車處600元以上
1200元以下，但修法後未來罰鍰將加倍至2400元。
提案修法的國民黨立委丁守中法案初審時指出，不少吸菸族常在90秒的紅燈期間點菸，但
一根菸都還沒抽完，就換成綠燈通行，車子一加速，菸灰就隨風飄到後方，「我接獲許多
民眾陳情，不少人在騎車時有菸灰飄入眼睛，甚至引發角膜炎，但都無處求償」。
另外，法規也修訂，使用吊銷、註銷牌照，牌照借供他車使用或使用他車牌照行駛，處汽
車所有人新台幣3600元以上1萬800元以下罰鍰，並禁止其駕駛。(郭建伸／台北報導)
