汐止走路可以到台北市(南港)嗎? - 汐止

一直以來都是從大同路或新台五路搭公車過北山大橋或騎機車才能到南港，
路上觀察好像也沒有人可以走的路(也許可以走，但很危險)
不知道是否有人可以走的路可以從汐止到台北的?
另外，搭919的時候可以看到彩虹橋，下面好像是河濱自行車道，
想請問那邊要怎麼下去呢!?
