求英文高手專題摘要翻譯成英文(贈15) - 生活

我們為什麼會選擇做咖啡的專題? 是因為我們都對於咖啡都有興趣，想多更加瞭解咖啡的事情。
在專題中我們找的咖啡是大眾在外面常見到喝到的咖啡，收集資料了解到這些大眾的咖啡歷史和身世。
每個專題都一定會有問卷調查那時我們在想，我們問卷要做甚麼呢?
然後我們想到我們調查每個年齡層對於咖啡的選擇，是會選擇甚麼?會不會因為本身習慣、還是廣告、場地之類的，讓會喝咖啡的人會選擇甚麼，那不常喝咖啡的人又會怎麼選擇呢?所以我們問卷就以這個發現前進，然後我們還要用兩種咖啡來給予寫問卷的人試喝，因為我們想要這用兩種咖啡豆，然後用同一個器具煮出來給予試喝，想要知道每個人對於喝咖啡的口感是有甚麼不一樣的，而在年輕族群和有點年紀族群會選哪一種咖啡，是為什麼會選擇?
在試喝的流程中我們主要是想調查學生族群跟年紀較大的族群做為比較，在過程中有想過咖啡會不會因為時間放久而走味，然後如果分上下午不同時段喝咖啡，會不會讓在是喝咖啡的人會忘記上一杯的口感，所以我們決定用剛煮好的兩種咖啡放在保溫杯中迅速給許其他人試喝，等試喝的咖啡快沒了再煮一壺新的這樣咖啡的風味就不會走味了，然後在試喝的時候會給予礦泉水漱口來消除上一杯的味道。
在調查完許多問卷資料開始會去做整理，然後開始做問卷調查的資料中的分析，為了朝問券調查的題目做為分析，我們把全部的問卷做了幾題重點分析，可以讓看的人清楚知道我們做問券調查想要知道的資料是甚麼?

If you ask me why we chose ‘coffee’ as our subject, then my answers is we are all interested in coffee and thus would like to further know about it. In the subject we focused on the ordinary coffee which people can often drink, and have collected the histories and origins of the coffee. Any subject is in association with questionnaires. We were thinking in the beginning what contents our questionnaire should consist of. Then ideas came to our mind: What would be their choices for different age levels of people? Would these choices vary with people’s habits, advertising and the places where people drink coffee? What would be the choices for those who don’t drink coffee often? So we worked out our questionnaire aiming at these issues and served the people who filled out our questionnaires with 2 different kinds of coffee beans. We intended to cook the 2 different coffee beans, using a same coffee maker, and investigated what different mouthful tastes that people would have and what choices the younger age group and the older age group would choose for coffee beans. During the trail tastes, we intend to compare the younger age group (students) with the older age group. Considering that coffee might lose flavor after being cooked for a long time and that people might forget their mouthful tastes if they drink a cup in the morning and another cup in the afternoon, we cooked 2 kinds of coffee and put them in thermos bottles. When the coffee ran out, we immediately cooked another pot so as to keep the flavor of coffee. We also provided a cup of mineral water to the taster for gargling before he took the second cup of coffee in order to clear the mouthful taste of the first cup. After these questionnaires were finished, we then compiled and analyzed the data collected. In a bid to analyze the data in the questionnaires, we focused on some critical points so that people can understand what data we intended to investigate through questionnaires.

我在學生時代就沒有把英文學好，一直到後來職場升遷總是擦身而過
甚至連出國都可以因為英文不好而困在機場1個多小時才出海關
更讓我下定決心一定要學好英文，而去報名了補習班

Why do we choose the topic of coffee? Because we are interested in for coffee, would like to know more about the coffee thing.
In the topic we are looking at is a popular coffee drink coffee outside common to collect information learned these public coffee history and life experience.
Each topic there will be a survey when we think, what we need to do it the questionnaire?
Then we thought we investigate each age for coffee choice, what would it be? Will not because of their own habits, or advertising, venue and the like, so that people will drink coffee will choose what, it does not usually drink coffee how people will choose? questionnaire so we can move forward with this discovery, then we have to use two coffee written questionnaire to give people try to drink, because we want this in two beans, then cook with the same instrument give it try to drink, you want to know everyone's taste for coffee is what is not the same, but in a little younger and older groups will choose what kind of coffee, why choose?
In the process, we try to drink mainly want to survey students with older ethnic groups as compared with the coffee will have thought long and stale because of the time put in the process, and if the points on the afternoon drinking coffee at different times will not let in a coffee cup will forget the taste, so we decided to use two coffee just put insulation cup cooked quickly to promise someone else try to drink, and so try to drink coffee running out cook a pot of coffee this new flavor will not be stale, and then try to drink at the time will be given a glass of mineral water rinse to remove the taste.
