大家好，我是新手，如文章格式不符請再提醒我，謝謝~
我一直都沒有去注意水費電費的帳單，一直以為中獎後公家機關會自動告知
但最近卻有人告訴我要自己對獎...
想請問大家公家機關(自來水、台電、天然氣...等等)是否會自行兌獎，中獎後告知?
或是需要自己每期兌獎呢?
如果要自己每期都對獎，那又該如何對獎?
還有一個問題，手機電話費用是否也會開立電子發票?
又該如何對獎?
