水碓路的社區 - 五股

各位好啊
我是住在五股凌雲路的版友,就是在觀音山腳下的地方
其實一直想買房很久了,但財力很弱
北部地區除了某些地方可能還有機會以外,只能到中南部才有可能靠自己買房吧
最近聽朋友說德音國小附近的房子還不錯
昨天就騎車去繞了一下, 果然真的有驚喜的感覺耶
尤其是水碓公園下面的社區, 房屋外觀都好特別, 沒想到五股有這樣的漂亮房屋
還有貿商社區感覺也蠻尬意的, 不過在網路看到貿商有在賣法拍屋, 感覺怪怪的
主要是想請教住在水碓路的五股朋友們以下問題 :
1. 水碓公園下面的漂亮社區, 對於30歲青年人而言, 可以買嗎? 那邊感覺好像沒甚麼人,
很安靜, 只是不知道房屋施工品質以及價錢如何呢?
2. 貿商社區各位推薦嗎? 旁邊還有美聯社跟籃球場, 價格跟房屋品質OK嗎?
3. 五股水碓路要到台北西門町或是台北市的話, 是不是只有騎車開車比較方便呢?
感覺公車以及捷運都不是很方便
