活動內容:
自從工作常坐辦公室後,
屁屁的臀圍隨著坐著的時間而無限增加,
最重要的是,發現隨年齡增長,
自己體力實在越來越差,
希望藉此可以提升自己的體力,
鍛鍊一下自己,
再者,我自認是個惰性很高的人,
有個夥伴可以互相督促,
希望是每天都可以跑個一小時,
但可以先從每兩天跑一次,
時間約在晚上7:00~9:00,正確的日子跟時間可搭配彼此,
但至少一周跑四天,
每天跑一小時,
其實,從小到大我最討厭的運動就是跑步!
但之前上了慢跑課,有試著漸漸享受慢跑的感覺,
希望有住在民生社區的朋友可以一起慢跑,
這樣時間也比較好橋,一起回家也比較安全方便,
所以,住在民生社區的女性朋友們,
讓我們一起來健身吧!
(接著可以一起去游泳,找個溫水游泳池游泳渡過冬天吧!^^)
