今天跑完八圈操場就默默退散了...
不想中斷好不容易建立了一陣子的運動習慣
誠徵一位每周一晚間七點半麗山高中運動伴
一起跑完操場後,還要做一系列體能訓練
ex:仰臥起坐需要有人幫我壓腳,還有幫忙計時等等.
如果你也想做訓練,我們可以輪流做,大約40~60分鐘
我有點賴皮,需要你小嚴格(太嚴格會被我瞪XD
同時又能互相打氣的夥伴,男女不拘,
畢竟體能訓練是一件非常消耗意志力的事...
沒有人督促,實在很難堅持下去(囧
