中午跟朋友約在歪頭廚房,
剛好是幾位鄰近餐飲業者推薦的愛店。
個人向來不排斥台式義大利麵,堪稱"台化洋食"的經典。
與道地義式相較,台灣的作法近乎盤裝湯麵。
當中以白醬最常見,原文"Besciamella",
但我反倒覺得味道更近似"Carbonara"。
今天吃白醬時蔬燻雞麵,NT.140,加NT.50成套餐,
另單點凱薩沙拉,NT.60。
嚴格來說,歪頭白醬不合胃口,
但附湯摻入南瓜打的泥熬煮,有討喜的微水果甜。
偷嚐朋友的青醬雞腿排,意外地喜歡。
藏不住的九層塔香氣,突出兼具溫和,
詫異之餘加點一份青醬鮮蝦培根義大利麵,NT.160。
這一次青醬上撒了七味粉,這就多餘了,可惜,
看來以後還是單純點雞腿排最好。
若非朋友提醒,不然真沒發現這是一家寵物友善餐廳。
仔細一瞧,老闆娘沒事拿酒精擦拭客人剛離去的桌位,
這衛生得來不易。
命名歪頭是有道理的,指的是老闆夫婦養的三隻小狗,
每天輪流坐主位充當人頭店長。
聽說被叫名字時頭會歪一邊,好有畫面。
