欺外地客?旗津一碗魚湯600元 男大生結帳傻眼質疑受騙

一名男大生和朋友南下高雄旗津吃海產,點了一人份小卷米粉,想喝湯卻沒看到菜單上有
湯品,詢問店員後決定喝魚湯,沒想到結帳時店家要收750元,男大生超錯愕,這才知道
一碗魚湯要價600元,質疑店家敲竹槓,不過店家說魚湯是用海釣的「海雞母」來煮,價
格當然比較高。
男大生和朋友相約南下高雄旗津,來到海鮮一條街點了碗小卷米粉再喝碗魚湯,結帳瞬間
嚇壞了。
投訴人:「他跟我說總金額是750元,那魚湯就佔了600元,我就覺得600元這價格實在太
誇張了。」秀出店家收據,上頭只有2行,一碗魚湯竟要價600元,全吃進肚子裡只好乖乖
結帳,事後越想越不對。
一碗海雞母魚湯被質疑價格驚人,實際直擊被投訴店家紅色菜單列了30道菜,想要喝湯只
能問店員。
遭投訴海產店員:「(我剛看菜單上面為什麼都沒有湯?)你要什麼湯?蚵仔湯、蛤仔湯
?」
詢問店員點了魚湯,按照店家的SOP應該會讓顧客自己點魚,確定價位能接受才煮湯,當
時為何會發生消費糾紛?遭投訴海產店業者:「我給他選擇比較好的野生魚種,我原本以
為他也是一個滿重品質的人,所以我不知道,這是一個誤會。」
沒多問顧客要什麼魚,店家選擇每兩60元,屬於中價位的海雞母煮魚片湯,其實旗津海鮮
街店家多,以每個海產店都能看到紅雞母魚來說,被投訴店家每兩賣50元,隔壁另外2家
店每兩開出35元,價差高達4成。
遭投訴海產店業者: 「別家的話,我沒辦法去評論別家是怎麼做的。」男大生沒問清楚
吃的是什麼魚,店家也沒多解釋,畢竟一碗600元的魚湯不是每個人都能接受,難免引發
消費糾紛。
