其實我是想回應無味素這點而已
Q. 味素是不是百分之百安全健康?
A. 不是
如果可以把問題簡化成這樣就好了
味素對少數人會有過敏反應
就像有人對麵粉過敏
但從沒有標榜“無麵粉”的店家
why?
味素最大的問題大概是有人擔心
會影響腦神經傳導 (記憶&學習)
但目前並無任何實驗結果指出有此可能
既然有疑慮就不要吃就好了啊!!??
如果以此標準
大概能吃的東西就不多了
至於無味素好不好
如果你是清淡飲食的人 真的無妨
但若是習慣重口味的人
味素料理跟無味素料理在達到一樣鹹度時
味素料理的鈉含量較低
也就是說 重口味的前提下
其實無味素料理對腎臟負擔較大
味素料理反而可能比較健康
印象是錯誤的
這種事情很常見
就像很多人以為紙容器比塑膠容器健康環保
實際上紙製容器的耐熱更低
安全疑慮沒有比較低
砍樹也沒比石油環保多少
只能說 有google wiki的時代
真的要善加利用
