楊家麵食從基隆開始經營至今算來已逾四十年，
2001年遷到忠孝復興國宅，06年拆除後搬到寧波東街，
08年則在中和永安市場捷運站旁展店，做得有聲有色，
幕後大功臣絕對是從越南嫁來的老闆娘唐觀美。
細心的她開發出不少頗具巧思的菜色，
平價而又美味，實在令人感到由衷地佩服。
先拿了兩盤小菜(NT.30)：涼拌黃瓜與白菜絲，
可別小看了，從極佳的入味就可看得出細心。
老闆娘親手切的白菜絲，以家鄉越南口味醃製再加點粉絲，
由於擔心味道對台灣人過重，所以少了魚露一味，
味道很爽口，一下子便清光了。
點了水餃一份(十粒NT.65)，紅燒牛肉麵(NT.130)
還有來此絕對必點的楊家大鍋貼(六粒NT.80)
每粒水餃裡除菜肉外還包有蝦仁，較厚實的麵皮口感佳。
牛肉麵嚐了一口，湯頭味道稍平淡些但還滿可口的，
放了不少澳洲牛肋塊，過癮，
麵條叫人大吃一驚，與濠記食坊的乾拌麵不論在外觀或口感上皆一模一樣，
Q彈帶點舒服的嚼勁，看來都是同一家進的料。
楊家的鍋貼SIZE非常大，每一粒目測至少都有十五公分。
內餡裡滿滿剁碎的黑毛豬肉，旗魚漿，蝦仁與宜蘭韭菜等。
上桌時刻意留下整片金黃酥皮，薄薄地光看就令人垂涎欲滴，
但這可不光是視覺系而已，
那薄脆的酥皮就是讓整份鍋貼美味滿點的關鍵，
有些過油是美中不足之處，但以這如此平實的價格能吃到這樣的東西，
也實在是太罪惡了呀。
