世晶綠能科技有限公司執行長潘宇翔，獲選今年度十大傑出青年農漁環保代表，
潘宇翔有非常特殊的經歷，畢業後考上高考教育行政，還不到40歲就做到科長，
下班後還自己做物理研究，去年更捨棄公務員，投身LED產業，成立世晶綠能科技。
潘宇翔說，在宜蘭時遇到六輕環保與經濟發展爭議，覺得兩者是可以殺出一條血路，
他想要給自己一個機會證明永續發展是可行的。他的公司近期更打敗飛利浦等國際大廠，
拿到汶萊路燈採購訂單。
在宜蘭長大的潘宇翔因家裡困苦，考上台大後，為了賺學費及補貼3個妹妹的學費，
同時在鐵工廠工作，晚上還到林森北路排班跑計程車，晚間還念德文和日文；
考到中文系後發現不是自己想學，不想浪費時間而直接選擇重考上台大政治。
