在以夏季觀光客為主要消費市場的澎湖店家中,能標榜冬季限定的美食,選擇在澎湖島上
荒涼的冬日營業販售,美味、口碑與在地老主顧的加持可想而知,這樣的美食更具地方味
。阿嬤選擇夏季歇業的原因是,夏季天氣酷熱,阿嬤覺得油炸物夏季吃了對身體不是頂好
,所以夏季就不販售。
案山炸粿的阿嬤營業40幾年,打從年輕時從前寮下嫁案山後,便在自家們口賣著澎湖傳統
美食的炸粿、米糕炸等,40餘年不捨初衷。冬季下午過後,阿嬤便和先生兩人攜手在自家
門口販售炸粿,阿嬤負責起油鍋炸米糕炸等,阿伯會招呼客人,老夫老妻胼手胝足。
