〔記者李容萍／桃園報導〕民進黨籍桃園市議員袁明星26日凌晨返家摔傷入睡，
家人清晨發現他昏迷不醒，報請消防局派遣救護車送醫急救，經診斷為顱內出
血，昏迷指數3命危，經轉送林口長庚醫院急救後，今天中午病情惡化，家屬忍
痛放棄治療，決定由救護車送他回服務處時，許多支持者聞訊到服務處關心，並
且感嘆「這麼好的人，怎麼就這樣走了」。

55歲的袁明星，曾經參選桃園升格前的中壢市長、擔任中壢市民代表的袁明星，
因服務熱心、問政認真，103年底當選第1屆桃園市議員後，積極督促福利補助措
施、關心地方基礎建設。
