又見「藍色多瑙河」！股票上市公司敬鵬工業蘆竹廠區的蝕刻廢液槽，24日下午遭貨車撞破，廢液傾巢而出，把廠外的營盤溪染上水藍色彩，彷彿藍色多瑙河，桃園市環保局獲報，立即前往處理採樣，將帶回化驗，最高可開罰600萬元。
環保局下午獲報，指蘆竹營盤溪流遭染色，立即前往稽查，發現是專門生產印刷電路板的敬鵬公司蘆竹敬桃廠排出藍色廢液，立即進廠調查，廠內人員向稽查人員坦承，下午貨車不小心撞到蝕刻廢液槽，導致槽身破裂，藍色的廢液外流，汙染工廠外營盤溪。
因工廠並未主動向環保局通報廢液外流，環保局除針對隱匿不報開罰外，也將採集廢液帶回化驗檢測，針對超標汙染河川部分開罰，全案最高可罰600萬元。
