手邊關於桃園區的燒臘情報尚餘兩處,這天先來拜訪永安路上
的勤記。
對我而言,品嚐燒臘飯最困擾的是店家有燒鴨、油雞、叉燒及
燒肉四種主菜,但往往只有三寶飯和招牌飯。三寶飯缺了一項,招
牌飯又常是三寶搭香腸。有些店家佛心來著,可以讓人換掉香腸,
有些便沒有彈性,逼得自己不得不二訪。
囉嗦了這麼多,純粹是這裡有三寶、四寶及五寶飯可選,讓向
來要嚐遍四種主菜的我鬆了一口氣。
金牌四寶飯 115元 鴨腿 100元

四寶飯配菜有三種:絲瓜、高麗菜及榨菜麵腸。絲瓜外皮超硬
;高麗菜炒得稍油;榨菜麵腸重鹹,屬配飯菜。米飯會淋上醬汁,
鹹甜足味挺下飯。
主菜部份,燒肉片得很薄,皮脆肉偏瘦,瘦肉紮實。叉燒同樣
走瘦肉路線,刷上的蜜汁挺夠味。油雞入味而軟,但肉質微澀。燒
鴨鴨皮微脆帶脂,鴨肉紮實不乾。盒內會放入蔥油,鹹度蔥味足,
油香一般。

鴨腿寫食記時回推,才發現要價一百元,有些驚人。可惜價格
雖然驚人,表現卻不驚豔。鴨腿的彈嫩與鴨油香都不明顯,整體吃
來竟跟四寶飯裡的燒鴨切塊差異有限。
附湯為海帶芽鴨骨架湯,放了不少鴨骨,湯頭卻淡而無味。
桃園區燒臘還剩一處,但還有龜山區的燒臘情報,看來得思索
思索如何得以前往。
